Acceptable use policy
Last updated 30 August 2026
The principle
Arcify is shared infrastructure: every tenant relies on the same service being fast, lawful and safe. This policy is part of our terms of service and applies to everyone using an account, including the people you invite.
You must not use Arcify to
- break the law — including data protection, spam, consumer protection and financial regulation;
- send unsolicited marketing, or message people who have withdrawn consent (the suite tracks consents — use them);
- store data you have no right to hold, or content that is unlawful, defamatory or infringes someone else’s rights;
- probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the service, or attempt to reach another tenant’s data (for good-faith security research, see our security page);
- overload the service — bulk automated traffic beyond normal business use, scraping, or resource abuse;
- misrepresent who operates your account, or resell access to the service;
- share sign-ins — every person needs their own login, which is also what keeps your audit trail true.
What happens if this is breached
For most problems we will contact you and ask you to put it right. Where an account puts other customers, the public or the service itself at risk, we may suspend it first and explain afterwards — and a serious or repeated breach can end the agreement under the terms of service. To report abuse by an Arcify tenant (for example spam sent through the platform), email support@arcify.co.uk.
