Cookie policy
Last updated 30 August 2026
The short version
Arcify sets only the cookies the service needs to work: keeping you signed in, and keeping you safe while you are. There are no advertising cookies, no analytics cookies and no third-party trackers. UK and EU law (PECR / the ePrivacy Directive) requires consent for cookies that are not strictly necessary; ours all are — so the notice you see on your first visit is exactly that, a notice, with nothing optional to refuse.
The cookies we set
- Authentication cookies (names beginning
sb-) — set by our sign-in provider when you sign in, so you stay signed in as you move around the suite. Removed when you sign out; otherwise they refresh while you keep using the service. arc_station_authed— a yes/no marker that remembers whether someone is signed in on this browser, so the site can send you to the right front door. It contains no personal data and is cleared when you sign out.
Preferences such as your theme are stored in your browser’s local storage, not cookies — they never leave your device.
If this changes
If we ever introduce cookies that are not strictly necessary — analytics, for example — we will ask for your consent before setting them and update this page first. How we handle personal data more broadly is covered by our privacy policy. Questions: support@arcify.co.uk.
