- Can members book from their phone?
- Yes. The public booking page works on any phone and embeds on your site, and Arc Portal lets a signed-in member see and book their sessions.
- How does the waitlist work?
- A full class takes a waitlist. When a place opens, the next person is promoted and told, automatically.
- Do instructors get a rota?
- Yes. The People app holds working patterns, leave and the rota, and a class cannot be scheduled against someone on leave.
- Is there a branded app?
- Not a native one yet. The public booking page and Arc Portal are built phone-first; a native customer app is on the roadmap.
