Accessibility statement

Arcify is used all day, every day, by people running small businesses — so it has to work for everyone, including people using screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification or high-contrast settings. We aim for WCAG 2.1 level AA across the product.

• Every page of this public website passes automated WCAG 2.1 AA checks (axe), including colour contrast, landmarks, heading structure and image alternatives.
• The product is built from a single component library with accessibility built in: visible focus styles, labelled controls, and semantic markup.
• Pages work with a keyboard alone — including a skip-to-content link — and respect reduced-motion preferences.

The suite itself — the signed-in application — is larger than this website and is tested progressively; some screens will still have rough edges, and we prioritise fixes that block real use. Automated checks also cannot catch everything a person can.

If any part of Arcify is hard or impossible for you to use, email support@arcify.co.uk and tell us what happened and what you were using (browser, assistive technology). Accessibility reports go into the same queue as functional bugs — because that is what they are.
