Priced per user, not per app: your tier decides what you get, and nothing is capped — not people, not sites, not the work you do. 14 days free, no card required.

The diary and the money, for anyone taking bookings and getting paid.
Adds the back office, for a business with staff and stock.
Adds kit and governance, for hire fleets, trades and field repair.
Every app in your tier is switched on from day one. Your bill follows the people on it and the seats they hold — there are no caps and nothing is metered.
Anyone on your team with their own login. Your bill follows that number, and what each person costs depends on the seat they hold: a full seat is the tier rate, a crew seat is £6. Add someone and the bill goes up, remove someone and it goes down. Customers who book, pay or approve work online are never charged as users.
A £6 seat for the people who are sent work rather than winning or billing it — an apprentice, a labourer, a driver. They see and run the jobs they are assigned, record materials off the van, take photos and certificates, fill in timesheets, book holiday and claim expenses. They never see quoting, invoicing, payments, prices or your customer book, and they cannot approve anything. Crew seats come with Professional and Specialist, because the seat runs on the People app.
No. Nothing is capped — not people, not locations, not bookings, invoices or jobs per month. You are never billed for growing, and you are never stopped from taking somebody on.
No, and that is deliberate. Your tier decides which apps you get, so there is no pick-and-mix bill to keep track of and no app you thought you had turned on. Move up a tier and everything in it switches on at once.
By the apps, not the size of your firm. If you take bookings and send invoices, Essentials is the whole job. Take somebody on, or start holding parts, and you need Professional. If you own kit that has to be tested, serviced or certified — a hire fleet, a van fleet, test equipment — that is Specialist.
Monthly plans have no lock-in at all: cancel whenever you like and you keep the service to the end of the month you have paid for. Choose yearly and you are paying twelve months up front to get two of them free, so that year runs to its end rather than being refunded part-way.
Twelve months for the price of ten, paid up front — £100, £170 or £270 a user for the year, and £60 for a crew seat. Monthly is the default and nothing changes unless you choose otherwise. Take somebody on mid-year and we invoice the rest of their year at that point; if somebody leaves, the credit comes off your renewal rather than being paid back out.
Every tier includes Finance, and the whole ledger exports as a standard journal CSV with Xero and QuickBooks-compatible columns. Making Tax Digital submission and a direct Xero sync are on the roadmap, not shipped — we would rather say so than let you find out at a VAT deadline.
