Deleting your Arc Field login
Last updated 15 September 2026
The short version
Arc Field is the staff app for a business that uses Arcify. You do not create an account in the app: your login is created and removed by the business that employs you, from Arcify on the web. To delete it, ask the person who runs your Arcify workspace. If you cannot reach them, email support@arcify.co.uk from the address you sign in with and we will handle it with the business on your behalf.
How a login is removed
- By your employer. An owner or manager opens Settings → Users & access and removes your membership. Your login stops working on every device straight away.
- By asking us. If the business has closed or you cannot reach anyone, email support@arcify.co.uk. We verify the request with the business, or, where that is not possible, with you, and act within 30 days.
- Signing out is not deletion. Me → Sign out on the phone removes the app’s session and its local cache. It does not remove your login or any records.
What happens to your data
Your login, name and contact details are removed from the business’s workspace when your membership is deleted. The records of work you did (jobs, notes, photos, timesheets, payments taken) stay with the business, because they are the business’s records of work it delivered and it may have to keep them for tax and legal reasons. They are no longer linked to a login that can sign in.
Anything the app held on your phone (cached jobs, queued notes, the sign-in session) is removed when you sign out or uninstall the app.
Your rights
The business that employs you is the controller of your personal data; Arcify processes it on their behalf. Your rights under UK GDPR (including access, correction and erasure) are set out in our privacy policy. Questions: support@arcify.co.uk.
